How do I change my subscription plan?
You can change your plan at any time by coming to this page and clicking the “Subscribe” or “Choose this plan” button on the plan you want. If you upgrade, the difference will be prorated. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Go to your account settings and click “Manage subscription”. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my subscription ends?
When your subscription expires, you will automatically move to the Basic (free) plan. Your listings will remain visible for 90 days, but you will lose access to advanced features.
How does the boost option work for the Basic plan?
With the boost option, you can feature your listing for 30 days for 50 DH. Your listing will then appear higher in search results, right after paid plan listings.
